In districts like Boito, where households often face high energy costs and inefficient buildings, these actions aim to improve living conditions while ensuring affordability and social inclusion.
The project also serves as a testing ground for innovative technical and organisational solutions, which can later be replicated in other social housing districts across Europe, contributing to long-term, sustainable management models.
